Terms & Conditions Ligamension2 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Ligamension2" or "Platform" refers to the ligamension2.click website and all online betting services offered through it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with ligamension2.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access ligamension2's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash balance (in MYR) in a Member's account, excluding any unconverted bonus balance.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus cash, or other benefits granted by ligamension2 to Members under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Member must wager before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process — the identity verification required before a Member can make their first withdrawal.
• "Bet" refers to any wagering activity placed by a Member on the ligamension2 platform, whether on slots, Live Casino, table games, or Sports Betting.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the content.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use ligamension2's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident based in Malaysia.
• Possessing an active, reachable Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being on the self-exclusion list of any known gambling platform.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.

Ligamension2 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate the account of any Member found not to meet the eligibility requirements above.

3Account Registration

During the registration process on ligamension2, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, phone number, date of birth and email address. This information will be used for identity verification (KYC) purposes and account-related communications.

Each individual may only register one account on ligamension2. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or any combination of false information — is strictly prohibited. Ligamension2 reserves the right to:

• Closing all detected duplicate accounts.
• Forfeiting all funds, bonuses, and winnings held across the accounts in question.
• Blocking associated IP addresses, devices, and payment methods from making new registrations.
• Reporting fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4Deposits & Payments

Ligamension2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods only. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and ligamension2 does not impose any additional charges on deposits:

Ligamension2 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in an account freeze pending investigation. If your deposit is not credited within five minutes, contact the ligamension2 support team with proof of transaction for immediate review.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals from your ligamension2 account are subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, and the maximum limit depends on your account's VIP tier. Before making your first withdrawal, Members are required to complete the KYC process by submitting a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad) to the ligamension2 team.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, based on VIP tier:

• VIP Bronze: 12–24 working hours
• VIP Silver: 6–12 hours
• VIP Gold: 2–6 hours
• VIP Platinum: 1–3 hours
• VIP Diamond: Under 1 hour

Ligamension2 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account. In such cases, the ligamension2 team will contact the Member for further information within 24 hours. No charges apply to standard withdrawals. However, Members may incur fees imposed by their own bank or eWallet provider in accordance with the respective service terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Ligamension2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all ligamension2 bonuses:

1. Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the offer terms. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
2. Bonuses are issued as gaming credits and may not be transferred, sold, or traded to any third party.
3. Rollover requirements are based on the total bonus amount received, unless stated otherwise. For example, a RM100 bonus with an 8× rollover requires cumulative bets of RM800 before any withdrawal is permitted.

7Betting Rules

All betting activity on ligamension2 is subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game. The following general rules apply to all types of wagers on the platform:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn, unless the Cash Out feature is available and used by the Member before the final result is determined.
• Winnings are automatically credited to your Account Balance once the game result is confirmed. ligamension2 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party technical disruptions.
• If a technical error occurs during gameplay that affects the outcome, ligamension2 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original stake to the Member.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Ligamension2 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any Member for the following reasons:

• Breach of any condition set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, illegal activity, or any attempt to manipulate the system.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• A Member's own request to close their account (voluntary closure).
• Suspected money laundering or financial fraud activity.
• An order issued by a competent Malaysian authority.

If your account is closed at your own request and no breach of terms has occurred, your actual cash balance (excluding any unredeemed bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. 10Liability Limit

Ligamension2 provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, ligamension2 is not liable for:

Ligamension2's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ligamension2 platform shall first be referred to ligamension2's customer support channels for resolution.
